20 Healthy habits everyone should follow daily
Working hard gives speed, strength and inner strength. The elements which are really needed to remain active are supplied by  healthy milk, fruits, bread and vegetables and most important below 20 factors.

1. One should wake up early in the morning at Brahma Muhurt i.e. at 5 o’clock and remember God and wish everyone happy.

2. Then drink one or two glasses of water.

3. Take bath before sunrise and do pranayama, asana and exercise according to your strength.

4. If you get time in the morning, do consume ‘Vitamin D’ i.e. sunlight.

5. Take satvik and balanced natural diet. Food should be taken only when hungry. If you do not feel hungry then do not eat food. Food builds the body, keeps the body moving, but food does not provide life-force. Our health depends on the strength of the life force.

6. Drink small amounts of water while eating and when you feel thirsty after eating, drink water.

7. Food should be taken very slowly and chewed thoroughly

8. . Make sure to pass urine after eating.

9. Drink lemon juice mixed lukewarm water in the morning

12. Read healthy or entertainment book at least once in a week.

13. Play physical game in  evening .

14. Breathe fresh air at least one hour at natural environment.

15. Keep help other people as far possible.

16. Never try to cheat anyone it will hurt u in future.

17. Watch or play comedy or fun jokes whenever u feel stress.

18. Make friends which understand you better than anyone.

19. Go outside park or any open places when u feel boring or stress in your work.

20. Drop every daily work for complete 24 hours in a week and u will recharge again.
